Model for a Smart Municipal Services Reporting System for the citizens: System sustainability possibilities

Date start: 01.04.2015.

InTER was contracted by NALED for the analysis aimed at identification way to ensure financial sustainability of the Smart Municipal Services Reporting System for the citizens. This regional project is implemented by NALED in cooperation with GIZ, SDC and a group of partners from Serbia, Macedonia and Montenegro.
The analysis is conducted between March and June 2015.
