Improving rural development in Kosovo

On Friday, 8 May 2015. a meeting was organised in InTER's office in Zubin Potok about the improvement of rural development in Kosovo, with a special emphasis on development opportunities in rural regions of the municipalities in the north of Kosovo. The importance of LEADER + approach in rural development was emphasized, as well as the organisation of Local Action Groups (LAG) for rural development. It was also underlined that local capacity building in the field of rural development is very important. The meeting was organised with the consultants of the German Agency for International Cooperation - GIZ and the representatives of the Municipaltiy of Zubin Potok and InTER.
