Call for assessors

Institute for Territorial Economic Development (InTER) has been invited to submit an offer for providing services for technical and quality assessment of the grant application packages for EU Calls. We are looking for good quality assessors with experience in tourism, youth, environment and investments. The following profiles are requested by ToR:
Assessor type 1 – profile “Tourism”:
Qualifications and skills:
• University degree in tourism, geography, economics, regional development or other relevant education to the profile of the assessor, 240 ECTS;
• Very good knowledge of English language, written and spoken (assessors will evaluate project applications written in English and prepare their assessment in English);
• Good computer skills;
• Knowledge of EU Funds and/or IPA rules and/or cross-border co-operation programmes.
General professional experience:
• At least 5 (five) years of professional experience.
Specific professional experience:
• Preferably 5 (five) but at least 3 (three) years professional experience in the field related to the profile.
• Previous experience in evaluation of EU-funded projects, or other donor programs’ projects.
• Experience in Grants schemes evaluation would be considered as an asset.
Assessor type 2 – profile “Youth”:
Qualifications and skills:
• University degree in education, economics, business studies, social sciences or other relevant education to the profile of the assessor, 240 ECTS;
• Very good knowledge of English language, written and spoken (assessors will evaluate project applications written in English and prepare their assessment in English); Good computer skills;
• Knowledge of EU Funds and/or IPA rules and/or cross-border co-operation programmes.
General professional experience:
• At least 5 (five) years of professional experience.
Specific professional experience:
• Preferably 5 (five) but at least 3 (three) years professional experience in the field related to the profile.
• Previous experience in evaluation of EU-funded projects, or other donor programs’ projects.
• Experience in Grants schemes evaluation would be considered as an asset.
Assessor type 3 – profile “Environment”:
Qualifications and skills:
• University degree in environmental studies, ecology and environmental protection, ecology management, technical sciences, economics or other relevant education to the profile of the assessor, 240 ECTS;
• Very good knowledge of English language, written and spoken (assessors will evaluate project applications written in English and prepare their assessment in English);
• Good computer skills;
• Knowledge of EU Funds and/or IPA rules and/or cross-border co-operation programmes.
General professional experience:
• At least 5 (five) years of professional experience.
Specific professional experience:
• Preferably 5 (five) but at least 3 (three) years professional experience in the field related to the profile.
• Previous experience in evaluation of EU-funded projects, or other donor programs’ projects.

• University degree in civil engineering, architecture or other relevant education to the profile of the assessor, 240 ECTS;
• Very good knowledge of English language, written and spoken (assessors will evaluate project applications written in English and prepare their assessment in English);
• Good computer skills;
• Knowledge of EU Funds and/or IPA rules and/or cross-border co-operation programmes.
General professional experience:
• At least 5 (five) years of professional experience.

• Preferably 5 (five) but at least 3 (three) years professional experience in the field related to the profile.
• Previous experience in evaluation of EU-funded projects, or other donor programs’ projects.
