A panel organised on "Environmental Policy in the North of Kosovo"

On Wednesday, 15 June 2016, a panel "Environmental Policy in the North of Kosovo" was organised within the environmental protection campaign of EU Information and Cultural Centre (EUICC) in Northern Mitrovica .

The panelists were:

1. Marija Milenkovic, Institute for Territorial Economic Development (InTER)
2. Naim Arifaj, the Regional Environmental Center (REC) Kosovo

In the first part of the event, Regional Environmental Center (REC) Kosovo, as well as the projects that the organization implemented in Kosovo, were presented. In the second part of event InTER's project "POlicy Dialogue for Better Environment Protection and Development Action", funded by EU Office Kosovo, was presented. Panelists discussed the current problems in the field of environmental protection and how public policies in this area can affect economic development.

The event took place in EUICC in Mitrovica North.
