PRESS RELEASE

The Working Group of the National Convention on the European Union for Chapter 35 expresses concern about the situation in the municipalities in the north of Kosovo after the abandonment of institutions by political representatives, policemen, judges, prosecutors and officials. In this way, an institutional vacuum was created, which leads to the violation of the security and legal certainty of citizens, thus canceling the positive results achieved within the framework of the Brussels dialogue.

The Working Group for Chapter 35 calls on all actors in the dialogue, including international partners, to urgently organize the continuation of the dialogue in Brussels at the highest level in order to jointly find a solution to the current situation.
