Capacity building for assessment of grant applications for EU IPA CBC BiH-SERBIA Programme

InTER was contracted by the Directorate for European Integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina to provide a seminar on improvement of the process of assessment of grant applications received within the EU IPA CBC BiH-Serbia Programme. In total, 18 members of the Joint Technical Secretariate, Joint Monitoring Committee, representatives of the EU Delgeations in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, and representatives of the Serbian European Integration Office and the Directorate for European Integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina participated in the seminar.

The seminar consisted of two parts. In the first part, participants were introduced to advanced techniques in the assessment of grant applications received within the cross-border cooperation programme. Second part of the seminar was related to the improvement of the application form and development of Guidelines for evaluators of project applications that will be an iintegral part of the application package for the third call for proposals for financing cross-border cooperation projects between these two countries.

The seminar was organised on June 3 - 5 , 2013. in Hotel Hollywood, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
